Southall Windows were prompt in responding to my initial enquiry, providing a quotation and arranging for the work to be carried out for 2 triple glazed French doors, 4 triple glazed windows and a triple glazed porch. These triple glazed products are great and look great, operates efficiently and are more than satisfactory in all respects. No fuss, no mess, very efficient, really great service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The work started off great and the windows are of very high quality. There were a few bumps towards the end, but Lucky has promised to get on top of it immediately and remedy the problems.I have amended my initial review which focused on the problems, and am being more fair on the overall work which was of a very high standard.

Lucky and his team are a very professional outfit. Unlike many in the trade, he was honest, communicative and reasonable. He kept me up to date with his progress and was punctual.
